Battery health dropped after updating to iOS 16.2

In iPhone 11 ..

is this software bug.? Sudden drop of 5% in battery health.. device is only 3 month old ..

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your battery.

Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%.

Okay, good. But, unless you have other information, your iPhone 11 could have been in a supplier's warehouse for 3 years – so don't assume it's "brand new". And its current 94% max capacity is healthy – which is what matters. ...Enjoy your iPhone 11!

Rohn ~ Again, unless you have other information, your iPhone 11 could have been in a supplier's warehouse for 3 years – so its current 93% max capacity is healthy and there's no issue to fix. ...Enjoy your iPhone 11!
