That is no concern at all. Your battery is fine, until your Battery Health is at or below 80%.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with your battery.
Batteries degrade over time with usage due to chemical aging, that's just how they work.
You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.
Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%.

Is this drop is normal .. right now my battery health is 95% after update ios 16.2
There isn't really a "normal". But rest assured, your battery is fine, until your Battery Health is at or below 80%.

Okay, good. But, unless you have other information, your iPhone 11 could have been in a supplier's warehouse for 3 years – so don't assume it's "brand new". And its current 94% max capacity is healthy – which is what matters. ...Enjoy your iPhone 11!

No, I don't think it's a software bug. You perhaps have a 3 year-old battery which is indicating a healthy 94% max capacity.

Rohn ~ Again, unless you have other information, your iPhone 11 could have been in a supplier's warehouse for 3 years – so its current 93% max capacity is healthy and there's no issue to fix. ...Enjoy your iPhone 11!
