Battery health dropped after updating to iOS 16.2

is this software bug.? Sudden drop of 5% in battery health.. device is only 3 month old ..

ok the first week after updating to ios 16.2 it's down 3%, the next week it's down 2%, and the week after that it's down 1% .. is this drop is normal ..?
It is not showing anything about battery.. I bought this phone brand new on 8/10/22..box sealed pack ..
The iPhone 11 was released in 2019 so that battery is at least 3 years old by now so a battery health in the 90’s is very good.
What you think is this software bug .. I updated my phone software using mobile data..
Again 1% drop after update ..16.3.. how to fix this issue ..In 4 months my phone's battery health reached 93%..
i checked with battery stats shortcut here battery is showing something else
