Bluetooth icon was missing from preferences in Mac desktop with macOS High Sierra version 10.13.6
How to get the bluetooth back to the system?

Do you mean the bluetooth preference is not visible in System Preferences.
Open System Preferences, click and hold on the square icon at the top of the preferences panel
A drop down menu you will appear, at the bottom of the list is Customise, click on that.
Now all your preferences will have a blue checkbox next to them, the Bluetooth one may be unchecked,
if so check it. Then press Done. Bluetooth should now appear in your System Preferences.
