Using iTunes, I am trying to create the best viewing in my iTunes library view. Certain columns will not resize.
Genre, Rating, Bitrate, Date Added, Loved, Year, Artist, Album by Artist, Track Number, and Time appear to be adjustable for column width. Name is not adjustable. This leads to constant scrolling right in the library view to see the information. I have to assume this is a bug? Can someone please help.

The name column should be adjustable, it is in my iTunes Library.
The only way I could replicate your scenario was as follows:
In this situation, I was unable to widen the Name column since the adjust icon would not appear when I placed the cursor in the correct position. (I cannot put the adjust icon in my screenshots):
Try dragging the Name column to another position. You can drag it by left-click-and-hold and then dragging. Once it is in a different psotion, it is then possible to adjust the width.
