Deleted Voices Folder in System Library in High Sierra.

To save some space, I deleted all but one voice (Samantha) from the Voices Folder in System Library in High Sierra. Still no Siri with Samantha. Perhaps the new voice is Nora and it's gone. I use Siri once a year and is nothing special but would not mind having it for occasional use., especially with grandkids. Short of reinstalling the OS again, for which it would not be worth it, is there a way to get the Voices Folder back? I do have the same High Sierra setup on my MacBook. Would I be able to copy it from one computer to the other? I'm pretty low tech but thought I didn't need 50 different voices on my iMac.
