I have to go for a bit.
In System Preferences/Settings, type "Spoken" into the Search field, make sure "Speak typing feedback" is disabled.
What version of macOS are you running?

You can't "erase it". You can disable it of course.
But I want to disable it… forever!
For example, when I tape a number in Excel, Voiceover repeat it and so on.
So, I must stop the sound of the the computer!
