After copying all my data from my Android Phone I am showing "It may take a few minute to set up your Apple ID....." It has been running for at least an hour. Have I done something to cause this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Some people have posted they had to let the set up run overnight to complete. You can try restarting your iPad and start over, but you will be starting at the beginning again.
Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
