Hello yolobor505,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities! I see you're receiving a SSL error when trying to listen to your Apple Music. I can help you with this.

First turn off Low Power Mode since it can cause some features to take longer to update or complete:

Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone

Restart the iPhone: Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Toggle Wi-Fi off and back on in Settings > Airplane Mode.

If the issue persists, reset your network settings and also try a different Wi-Fi network. Keep in mind resetting your network settings will also reset Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before. Make sure you have your Wi-Fi password prior to performing this step. These steps can be found in section 7 of this article:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

Best Regards.
