Creating other email acct. on my iphone

I want to add an email account to my iPhone, but the Grande Communications is not one of the provider options on the add account screen. I notice that there is the option OTHER. OKAY so I tried everything adding in IMAP incoming mail server HOST NAME,USER NAME,PASSWORD. OUTGOING SERVER,the HOST NAME,USER NAME,andPASSWORD. It is not able to verify the account. What am I doing wrong?

SMTP settings and outgoing mail I have 5 email accounts on my phone and one is an IMAP account hosted at Ionos. When I set up my new phone the email settings didn't come over so I had to re-set up my IMAP account. Problem - although it looks like the SMTP info and SSL info is correct - the email address shows up twice in my "From" account list and the emails will not send. I deleted the account and it goes away but when I set it back up it shows up twice again and still the same situation. New iPhone 14 pro and updated to current software. TIA for your help

Can't add 2 or more IMAP accounts with same incoming server I'm trying to add 2 IMAP accounts that use the same mail server. e.g. user@mydomain.com and info@mydomain.com (both using mail server mail.mydomain.com). If I add the 'user' account first it works and the second won't connect when adding. If I add 'info' first, the 'user' account fails. I know the login details, port etc. are all right, I can add all mails on android without any issue. I've tried using different email apps too, but doesn't seem to work. Is there anything I can do to fix this? (iPhone 12 pro IOS 14..)
