Good afternoon Visorlady,

I understand you are getting a pop-up window when you surf the web on your iPhone 6s Plus. Is the same website appearing every time? Try these steps to get yourself out of the current situation with the pop-up window:

  1. Tap the button that looks like two pieces of paper in the lower-right corner of your Safari window.
  2. You'll see tabs of the most recent sites that you've visited.
  3. If you see the offending web page, click the X on the left corner of the page icon to close it.
  4. If you don't see the offending page, tap the + and type www.apple.com to take you to a legitimate website.
  5. Then tap Done.
  6. Quit Safari and restart your iPhone. How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
