I have two phones. iPhone max and iPhone 8. Both have the same problem. There is a website that keeps popping up and I can't get rid of it.... both pop-up blockers are on. I have cleared history, rebooted and still have this problem. How to get rid of it! Thanks

Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be infected with Viruses / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken.

Ok so it's not a virus. Both my phones are updated and NOT jail broken.
I've now realized this started happening after the lastest update we had.
it's quite annoying and there should be a remedy. Thanks anyway but your answer doesn't solve my problem.
