Cannot import photo from iphone to PC !!!

My iphone cant recognize the computer (window 10), so i cant import my photo from iphone to PC. Surely that the cable is stable.

Clicking import from Windows Explorer tells me there are no new pictures. I have connected my Iphone and can see it in the sidebar. The only message i get is : preparing to import from ... Iphone. Nothing actually happens. How to import photos from my Iphone to my Mac computer
