Same pictures on two iPhone

i am siding two iPhone each one had is phone number but when I take a picture it appears on the Teo phone why ?

sharing photo amd name is not available because multiple phone sharing photo amd name is not available because multiple phone numbers are associated with your apple id though i removed all but still same message

if the same appleID is used and icloud photos is enabled then that is why
