Submit my podcast XML Feed for Review but then it disappears

I've been trying to submit this podcast for review for weeks now, and every time I validate and submit, it says that it has been successfully submitted and then when I go to the podcasts.connect site, it's no where to be found.

At first I submitted from another email address, but when it didn't pass review, Apple suggested I submit from another email address. So I made sure that all the iTunes "email" and "author" reflected that new email. I don't know what else to do. It passes all the validation websites, but it keeps on disappearing, and doesn't give me even a status on the submission.

I submit, and it goes to this page. But then when I refresh, it's gone.
