Plug-free Charging?

Is there any way to charge the Ipad Pro 11-inch without having to plug in the USB-C port? Is there a charging stand that can charge it via the 3-dot keyboard connector? How did Apple ignore this critical feature? Where is elegant usability anywhere in the phrase "just plug it in"? I can't find a stand with a USB-C port that I can set my Ipad in, they all require you to plug this darn thing in. Everytime Apple takes steps forward it seems like they take 2 steps back and "miss it by just that much". Does anybody have an elegant IPad stand that I can just place my IPad in and have it charge with no fuss?
