Poor Sound Quality I phone X

I am experiencing poor sound quality while phone conversations, soon the party on the other side would say "I can't hear you, are your there, you sound like talking from a far, are you are not interested to talk to me etc."

At times through the conversation and between working on a computer I often place the iPhone between my shoulder and my ear then the sound quality is horrible. I have to put the call on speaker phone and lose on the privacy of the call.

I have taken this concern with the customer service department at iPhone and they were of little or no help.

I had recently switched from an Android to iPhone and didn't like the switch.

If anybody know an easy tackle to this problem please share your insights.

  1. What carrier are you using your iPhone with and in what country?
  2. What did Apple tell you about your situation when you contacted them?
  3. What version of iOS is currently installed on your iPhone?
