iCloud back up not showing in Files app

After backing up to iCloud on iPad 10.2 IOS 13.3 correctly the files not showing up in iCloud section of Files app.

It is not supposed to.

The actual backup file is not really visible in IOS. You can see it's creation date and time and that it is present.

During the setup assistant is when you actually access and use the file.

Don't know what to say.

That is not an Apple resource.

iCloud drive can store files, but not the backup file.

I am reading “The IPad OS MANUAL” by Uk BlackDog publications and in the section “Using the files app “ it clearly shows that going to heading iCloud Drive and getting files on iCloud . I am confused!
