Can I get files from an iCloud backup. Procreate crashing and artwork files are hostage

How can I get procreate files from my last back up which is on iCloud. Big problem, procreate keeps crashing, deleted and reinstalled and it worked but all files are gone. All the files are on my iCloud backup of the iPad, I restore the iPad, files are there (I can see 7.8gb in iCloud storage by procreate) but procreate crashes. Stuck in this loop, is there anyway to just retrieve my files from this backup?
