i came on my phone today and went on both Instagram and Snapchat and they both say that I need to allow camera access so I went on setting went on privacy then camera and it came up with nothing then I went to the bottom at settings went on snapchat there was also nothing about camera? What do I do? As now I can use those apps.

Usually when this happens, I reinstall the apps. This generally occurs when an app fails to properly request the user for permission to use (ex. The camera)
