Cant Submit my podcast

I am having trouble trying to get my podcast to submit i am following all the instructions but nothing is working!! Any ideas thanks!

Podcasts connect I uploaded a new episode of my podcast at podcastsconnect.apple.com and the audio has finished processing and the website indicates that it is Published. Usually there is no more than a minute gap between when the website say published and when my friends and I can access the episode in the Podcasts app. I've been waiting all day and it is not showing up. Is apple having a server issue or something?

You may have fallen over issues which are going on at Apple's end. You could try contacting Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
