Strange spots on photos

Hello! Recently, white and red dots began to appear in my photos, regardless of the camera. Sometimes they fade away,I can’t understand if this is due to the breakdown of the cameras or anything else. I also want to note that these points began to appear after the acquisition of wireless headphones. maybe there is a problem in them? thank you in advance

Hello khalisja,

If I'm understanding you right, you're seeing white dots in photos taken on your iPhone. I know it's important to take great photos with your devices. I'm happy to help you out with this.

Take a look at this support article: If the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working. There you will find steps to troubleshooting the issue you're experiencing. If the issue persists, respond back letting me know if the spots appear in your camera before you actually take the photo, or do they only appear when viewing the photo in Photos?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

Take care.

Hello again khalisja,

Thanks for providing additional details about what you're experiencing. Try restoring your iPhone next. This will erase everything on your iPhone and help rule out software issues. Make sure you back up your iPhone beforehand: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. Here's steps on how to restore: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings. Set up your iPhone afterwards so you can test it out before loading everything back to it. Restore it from your backup after that and then test it once more: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup. To test out your iPhone, take a new photo using the Camera app and then check to see if the dots appear on it in Photos. If you didn't experience the same issue when your iPhone was set up as new but did when restoring it from your backup, there may be an issue within the backup itself.

If you experienced the same thing when testing your iPhone while it was set up as new before restoring your backup, the best next step would be to bring your iPhone in to be inspected at either an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can locate one here: Find Locations.

Take care.

Hello! I noticed that these points don't appear in all applications, for example, if I take a photo on instagram or viber, there are no points at all. these dots are not on the video, on live photos. I updated the phone to 13.3.1 today, but the points did not disappear. I would really like to know what I can do about it, I don’t think that the camera has broken, as it works well in other applications, so I really hope for your help.
