When is Apple going to rewrite code so the iOS system does not make this error. Turning off auto capitalization. Is not the answer because then the first letter of the name is not capitalized.
Does anyone know how to correct this error on iOS 13?
Check Settings>General>Keyboard>Text Replacement, and see if you have anything there. The last time I saw a post like this, the user found they had contacts with the names capitalized. That is where the error was coming from. Is Joe the only one that does this? This is not a widespread error.
