I bought iPhone 11 yesterday and observed Screen goes black durring call. I observed this if I recieve a call or initiate call if iphone is in sleep state. If I am using iPhone or display is on for some time and if I call it didn't happen. Screen goes black Intermittently.

Remove the case. If that solves the problem get a better case that doesn’t cover any of the notch. For a screen protector either get one that doesn’t cover the notch or, if it isn’t solid glass, cut it out around the notch.
if neither of these fix it make a Genius Bar appointment to have it checked out.

What is the corrective action.
Most likely you have a screen protector or case that is casting a shadow on the proximity sensor that is in the “notch”.
