Deleted MDM Classroom still showing up

We deleted all our MDM created classrooms, and our students are now invited to teacher classrooms and add manually. However, I still have one student who still sees the MDM created classroom she belonged to before and she cannot join any of her teachers' manually created classrooms. Any advice?

How do I set up a Teacher/Student account on my ipad? Essentially i am looking for a way to have a Teacher (Admin) and a Student account on my iPad's. Where the Teacher(Admin) account has admin power and the student account can just browse the web and do basic educational work.
