Haptic touch vs 3d touch

Is there a way to truly disable haptic touch?

I haven’t found one, and honestly as awesome as it is of a software improvement it feels unfair.

It renders 3d touch devices useless as it defeats the purpose of it, and a hardware feature which i paid full price for, in my xs max.

The experience of a 3d touch should be able to get a sense of depth from the screen and content, accesing to more features if you press, and others if you touch and hold.

For example: touch and hold an app should make it wiggle to rearrange and force pressing it should bring the expanded menu.

So Is there a way in ios13 to disable haptic and leave 3dtouch?. Thanks

iPhone XS Max, 13
