Where in settings do I turn on limited data sharing?

There is no such setting. Go to Settings/Privacy/Advertising. There is a switch for Limit Ad Tracking, which should be on. But I don’t think that is what Zynga is asking for. If anything they should want that to be off.
You might want to contact Zynga and ask them. Words 2 has never asked me to do that.
But when it comes to sharing, you do know that Zynga’s entire user base was compromised in September, so criminals now have access to your email address, password, username and phone number. If you use any of these factors for other applications or websites you should change the password for those sites as a minimum.
UPDATE: I found it on Zynga’s support site:
It is limit ad tracking that they want disabled. But I have it enabled, so I’m not sure why they are asking for it to be off. If they ever insist that I turn this off I will delete the game.

You find limited data sharing on the Words with Friends app.
Where is it in the app? I can’t find it. And that isn’t what Zynga’s website says (see my post above).

This worked for me. You have to keep toggling the limit as tracking switch a few times, but eventually it works.
