Facetime not working
In newly bought ipad air, facetime is not working and after having 1 hour of talk with customer care they told to wait till next update. I mean seriously this is how apple solve problems!!! Disappointed from apple

Do you live in the US and you contacted Apple support? or do you live outside the US and called your local iphone place?
You didn't describe your issue with facetime so read here If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If that doesn't work, schedule an appointment with the Genius bar and take it to your nearest Apple store.
