Anyone else believe the reservation system is broken? I have been trying to locate the reservation area and never seem to get it. I can call, chat or email but make a reservation?? Not on your life. I am not loving this lack of choice. Sometimes it's best to see someone face to face. Any thoughts?
The easiest way to make a Genius Bar reservation now is to use the Apple Support app from the App Store. Open the Support app, and then you can tap on Get Support, and answer a few questions to get support.
