I bought the Iphone 11, and it was 64 GB. But when I transferred my data, it said 5 GB is the max. Why is this happening?

5 GB is the maximum amount of iCloud storage you get from Apple free. Go to Settings > General > About > Check Capacity against Available. That's how much memory you have and have used on the phone itself.

Give us a lot of additional detail.

What does "transferred my data" mean exactly? What method? From where?

Note 5GB is the free limit on iCloud storage space.
