Apple Tv App not showing any Content

My Apple Tv App isn’t showing Subscription Message or Tv+ Content (Movies/Shows/Series’s) as it’s newly bought iPhone 11. So I’d have got 1 year free. But in App It’s only showing content that I’ve sync through iTunes.

Can anybody tell what & where is the issue?

Apple TV+ is available in “over 100 countries”, but not everywhere. Some countries do not get Apple TV+. If your Apple ID account is registered for such an unsupported country, then you can’t get this service. Availability of Apple Media Services - Apple Support
Apple TV+ is offered in supported countries, but it is not automatic. Users have to accept the offer and subscribe to get this service.
Apple TV+ would show in the Watch Now tab of the Apple TV app, not in the Library tab.
