All my files are missing from iCloud?

I logged in to iCloud today to find all my files and folders are missing? I honestly don't know what to do. I checked my deleted files and there was nothing there. I also tried to restore files and nothing came up?? I'm panicking a bit as I had photo backups there as well as important chats and documents. I have an iPad and an iPhone. Haven't been able to check on the iPad, but they are missing when checking with my PC or iPhone. Please help!
