I updated iPhone 11 Pro Max to iOS 13.3.1 from 13.3 and have been having constant stuttering. When I’m typing on the keyboard, the letters will freeze for a few seconds before catching up to the letter that I’m currently on. Also when pressing to send a text, it will freeze for a few seconds before the text moves from the typing area to right above it where it is within my messages. My whole phone has slowed down.

Basic troubleshooting.
Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as New.
Have you tried Force ReStarting your iPhone? Here is how to do it-->>Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
See if that solves the issue.

Also, would try turning on airplane mode - then off after a 30 second wait... that often fixes a lot of those issues for me.
Mine has been having difficulty connecting as tether since the update.
If you restored - and still issues = maybe check with your provider - we have had sporadic good and bad days since a few storms rolled in a while back and I checked with my provider and they verified they were having issues & the repair team was in process of restoring full service.
Phone keeps lagging/freezing. It is a new iPhone 8. My prior phone wasn’t doing this until 13 came out. Even after upgrading, it is still doing it. 13.1, 13.2, 13.3, they have all had this issue. I am NOT paying hundreds of dollars for a phone for it to continually spaz out. It is not the phone. I have tried ALL the tricks. Reboot. Airplane mode. Reload the OS. ALL OF IT. This is a ******* OS problem, and Apple needs to address it. PERIOD.
Yes, and this is my 3rd iPhone 11 that Apple has replaced due to issues they couldn’t fix. Should I be looking at a 4th? I jumped ship from android but I’ve never replaced 3 phones ever until I came to Apple and they couldn’t fix it
Hi, I have the similiar problem probably two weeks.
My iPhone 11 pro freezing while tapping in Whatsup, or Messenger. I tried everything: reboot, reset, factory settinngs also tried to uninstal/update apps. Yesterady I update my phone to 13.3.1 and today Whatsup again freezed while I was tapping the message. The whole iPhone freezed maybe for 30 seconds, than I was able to swipe and close the app.
This is happening absolutely random, mainly when I tapping emotikons.
Yes, I have. I have literally tried all of this. I have even spoken with Apple and had them run a diagnostic which found no issue with my phone. As I said, it is an iOs issue, and they aren’t admitting it. Thank you for your suggestion, friend. I appreciate the reply.
