location services not working on ipad pro after 13.3.1 update

Location services are not working on my iPad Pro 11 inch after the 13.3.1 update. Same for my partner’s 11 inch pro.

Location works ok on my iPhone 11 after this update, ok too on iPhone 6S.

I’ve powered down and up again, switched off and on again location services. No change.

Time zone is not determined, I suppose because of this problem.

Ideas anyone?

Hi. I’m killing this post now.

I’ve been talking to Apple Support regarding this, and it’s an ongoing investigation with them, so no need for anyone to scratch their heads.

Hi. No. No vpn on either iPad.

Also, the setting in Privacy>location services>System services>Networking & wireless is set ON. Toggling it makes no difference.
