Left Airpods Pro's earbud in ANC mode doesn't block same level of low frequencies than the Right earbud
Model Number: A2084
Firmware Version: 2C54
Hardware Version: 1.0.0
Defect Location: Left Airpod Pro's earbud
Preconditions:
Airpods Pro don't have to be paired to any device.
Airpods Pro have to be in ANC mode.
Music isn't playing through Airpods Pro themselves.
Music is listened to by loudspeakers or some other external sound device, that can produce low frequencies distinctively.
Defect Description: While the ANC mode is active (after holding the Force Sensor for 1 Sec.) without playing any music straight into the AirPods Pro themselves, there is noticeable difference in low frequencies that can be heard in the left AirPods Pro earbud from the music playing through external sound device (speakers for example). It almost sounds like some sort of Echo (Reverb), or remainder of the low frequencies is present on the left side. It seems as if the left earbud allowed to pass through higher level of low frequencies than the right earbud. It's hard to judge, but other frequencies (mid, high) might be impaired also. The microphone that is Actively Cancelling these low frequencies is probably malfunctioning or defective. This issue can be reproduced easily by listening to songs with constant low frequencies. In summary it means that the remainders of low frequencies that can be heard after the ANC in place, is noticeably unbalanced (off-centre), so it sounds as if the Left side was "louder" than the Right side or in other example, as if the Left earbud was weaker in Noise Cancellation.
