Face ID
When resetting my Face ID, because it just stopped working, it keeps telling me to lower the iPhone and when you lower the iPhone it says to higher the iPhone then says your face is out of view. Very frustrating!

You are welcome. Have you tried doing a factory reset?
Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
If that doesn't work, as suggested in the Apple Support article above.
If you can’t enroll your face, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider or contact Apple Support.
