“Phone audio” is draining my battery on a new iPhone 11

Phone audio is draining my battery on the latest 24 hours. It says 7 minutes on screen but drained 17% of my battery. I have a new iPhone 11 with 1 week of usage. Please help

I'd be glad to look into the issue you mentioned with phone audio showing up as a cause for the battery depletion of your iPhone.


Since this began, have you restarted your iPhone? If not, Restart your iPhone and then give it a day or so to gauge the impact of that step. Let me know if you notice positive change.

Hi Brian_P7,

After I noticed this problem with the "phone audio", I checked the iOS version and I had an update request. I updated to the last version (always do in time) so my phone restarted too. Since the last updated I haven´t found more "phone audio" problems. It´s been like 3 days and everything is okay, so I will let you know if it happens again.
