Search bar

my Search bar isn’t working... I’ve restarted my phone and it works now but after a while it comes back... the keyboard comes slowly up and when your done with it it also comes really slowly down, and you can’t type anything when it’s coming up or down but you can start typing when it’s fully up. But you can’t search anything, if you try to tap “search YouTube” or ect it doesn’t work... it’s almost like the touch screen isn’t working...
