Apple Id

I created an Apple Id a long time ago for an iPod that I had, and I didn't remember the apple id. Now I have one for my phone. When I made my family share it automatically pulled up the other apple id that I had make and now my family share only has me on it, since the other apple id is the "parent" I need to ask perdition to install apps. My question is how do I get out of the family share I created?
