Hi Apple community. I have family share setup but I setup all 4 iPhones to use my account for purchases. When a family member removed my account and adds their own, they lose all the content. I don’t want to have to let my family know my password and whenever I make a change, it notifies all 4 phones. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To me it sounds like you don't have what Apple calls Family Sharing but instead have all the devices set up to use your Apple ID.

Ideally each family Member should use their own Apple ID and you should set up true Family Sharing.
