This sounds like a scam

I received an email saying that I had purchased a 1-month access fee for an app called VIP SMULE Magic, and saying I was charged $21.76 for it. How can I find out if I actually have been charged, and get my money back, if I have?

Being wrongly charged for an app I have been emailed confirming a purchase of ‘Clash Royals’ of $49.99 and I definitely did not make not make this purchase nor did anyone on my account that I know of. I have since changed my password but want to check my account isn’t being hacked and also would love to be refunded please! any help would be greatly appreciated
