My Macbook creates this buzzing whenever I try to record with my interface, and it gets worse when I touch the Macbook OR interface?

I've looked up about a thousand things to try to fix this issue, and I still come up short. This wasn't a problem in the beginning of using this new computer, or interface. Only recently. I use a Focusrite Scarlett Solo, I've even had it replaced along with the cables because I figured that was the issue. No dice. I'm all updated, I've restarted it a million times, I feel like I'm missing something completely obvious. It gets even worse when I touch the macbook, or the strings on my guitar. It's absolutely unbearable and doesn't even really record the sound... just the awful buzz. I'm mid-trying to record an album so I'm rather desperate. Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated.
