New iPhone and ID with no access to old one but want a game I was playing with progress added to new iPhone

my last iPhone was taken and I started A new iPhone with a new email and ID but I want my information from my game center of a game I was playing on my old phone to go on this one (the new one )with all the information and progress I had achieved to go to this phone but I don’t have access to the old phone. How would I get the game and all progress to be added to my new phone
