Error 4013 when trying to restore Apple TV OS

The led is blinking and the interface seems to be on a loading loop.

I tried restoring the firmware using the latest version of iTunes and a brand new USB-C cable.

I get error 4013. I tried to do it on Windows and on Mac OS. Same error :(

The Apple TV “Apple TV” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3002). I'm trying to restore some Apple TV that is stuck in airplay/conference mode. I get the following error message once connect to my Mac after the device is detected and restore prompts are followed. I'm not able to get past the error message. The Apple TV “Apple TV” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (3002). Any ideas of what would cause this?

Apple TV Error Code 10 Hello everyone, My Apple TV currently went dark, I was in the middle of viewing a show when it immediately turned off and refused to turn back on again, started blinking its white light and refusing to turn on. I connected it to my MacBook to try and restore it through iTunes only for it to attempt and tell me that it is not possible at this time due to: (Error Code 10). It is a fourth generation Apple TV and I had recently updated it the previous week before. Any help in possibly saving it would be great. Thank you all!

what could they do? I am outside AppleCare coverage some I am thinking of taking the device to a hardware repair shop. but before doing that I wanted to see if there any other options I could try. kids are really sad they lost their home cinema experience
