My peloton workouts are not registering on my activity rings?

On my watch, the activity rings are not registering my peloton workouts? I have the app, and it shows the workout after it is completed on my watch, but no ring on activity. Help!

Hello, Dmjordan21.

I understand that the exercise activity performed on your Peloton Bike is not being recorded in the Activity app towards your Ring goal. I want to help make sure you get credit for your hard work!

It sounds like you may need to add the Peloton app as an additional source for the Health app. I’m linking the full article, Manage Health data on your iPhone, iPod touch, or Apple Watch, and am also adding the key callout that addresses your question below.

"Add information from other apps

  1. Open the Health app.
  2. Tap your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
  3. Under Privacy, tap Apps. You can see apps that you already own that are compatible with Health. If you don't see an app, it might not be compatible.
  4. Tap an app and turn on the health categories that you want that app to track.

You might also need to open the app and adjust its settings to allow it to share data with Health."

If, after adding the Peloton app, you find that your workouts are still not being recorded, go ahead and restart both your Apple Watch and your iPhone.

Restart your iPhone

Restart Apple Watch

I also wanted to link a few helpful articles regarding the Apple Watch and working out. I want to draw your attention to the third article. I love competing with my family and friends to close those Rings!

I hope all this helps!

Best Regards.
