A can’t access my free 1 year free subscription. It goes back to login and password and payment method and it doesn’t go through.

I've been offered a 1 year free subsciption with apple tv . I’ve been watching one of the shows and all of a sudden it doesn’t allow me to see the programs again. I’ve been login in many times and is not going through.
