I don’t think I can go on much longer on this planet until I have the apple demo mode screen saver on my phone! I saw this years version on the demo models in store last week and I have to have it? How can I buy/ download it to use on my own device?

Hi there, thanks for that but I checked there. Apparently it is a special app the phones run while in store demo mode. I don’t think it is available to the public.
I can't remember which screen saver they used this year, but assuming you are on iOS 13 at least, did you go to Settings > Wallpaper > Choose a New Wallpaper and check the Live options available on your phone?
You're welcome and you're likely right that the store demo units have unique demo modes.
