No username box on the login screen

Two local admin accounts on my Mac, plus one network account tied to Work / Active Directory.

Every time I restart my Mac, the login screen only allows me to log in as one of the local admin accounts. In order to log in with my network account, I have to log into one of the local accounts first, then log out, then the login screen shows me the username text box allowing me to log in with my network account.

How do I force it to show the username entry box on boot instead of just showing icons for the two local users?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

That was the problem. My network account did not have permission to unlock the disk. As a local admin, I gave my network user permission to unlock the disk, rebooted, and now I can log in directly to my network account. Good catch!
