I get the spinning rainbow wheel of terminal frustration since updating to Catalina 10.15.3. Refreshing the page doesn't help much. Anybody else?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Couple times I experienced typing in a web site and seeing the URL indicating the proper web site even showing the lock symbol but the web page never loads and stays on previous web site. I have done a clean install of 10.15.3 on my 2019 MacBook Air. Don't know how much more stable it can be besides a clean install.
Hi,
try to download the combo update from Apple.
You do a new update and verify if it fix the problem, normaly i prefer combo update instead of delta, it's hevier but he do his job better.
