I Phone 6s Plus

Dear Sir,


I bought mobile (I Phone 6s Plus) from the Noon website in Saudi Arabia on 23.01.2019 and I am now in Egypt and discovered that it has several defects which are as follows:


1- The battery does not keep charging more than half an hour!

2- The phone does not have Apple guarantee!

as mentioned in attached photo.

3- the battery health is 88% instead of 100%

Accordingly: I contacted Noon to return the mobile phone, but they refused because I was in another country.

Also, I contacted your agent in Egypt (Trade Line), but they also refused to support, because the mobile is out of guarantee..


Kindly your support is needed please solve this problem.

The 6s and 6s Plus is from late 2015, and Apple doesn't sell it anymore. You bought an used phone (a new iPhone costs more than 999 SAR or 270 USD), so it's normal that the phone doesn't have warranty anymore or that the battery is already degraded. You need to contact the third-party seller where you have bought it from and ask them for a refund, you should have a return policy.
